RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Orbit Collective, you can return it for a Refund or Store Credit within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee on returns. 

We will not be taking exchanges directly. To exchange an item you must first email us and will have to first return your item at your own cost and then re-purchase.

Return Conditions

Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags.

Items must be returned in the condition they were packaged and sent. Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted. Items that smell like they have been washed will not be accepted. Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or have deodorant markings or other stains will not be accepted.

You will be refunded your money once all of these conditions are satisfied. 

All items with a ‘Final Sale’ notification are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on Final Sale items.

 

Initiating  Returns 

Please submit a return request or email us at info@orbitcollective.com. If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping within 7-14 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse.

*Please note, if you use a forwarding shipping service to receive your order, we are not responsible for any damaged or stolen goods.
